CityU Associate Faculty Member, he has been teaching in the China MBA program for 10 years, currently at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. In 2006, he was chosen by the organizers of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing to teach them communication skills. He has lectured in 7 cities in China and has been invited to lecture this October at Tsinghua University.

Creator of the copyrighted Performance Mapping appraisal system, he worked for eight years in healthcare as a trainer of hospital supervisors and he is also a former Roman Catholic priest.
